Very friendly and knowledgeable. I brought my daughter's bike in to have new pads and the brake adjusted (I wasn't getting anywhere with it). I got to the shop on a Saturday, a little after 2pm; later I learned their shop hours had them closing at 2pm on Saturday. They didn't refuse me, they looked the bike over, gave me an idea of what they might get into and that they may or may not have the parts (its an old bike). The short story, I was out of the shop in about 30 - 45 minutes and the bike was fully repaired! They made me look like a hero for my daughter! Thanks!!
