I called at 830am to make an appointment. I needed to have the locks rekeyed before 1PM and I needed same day service. They came right away. The front and back door locks were rekeyed for 2 homes. They finished within the hour. The cost was slightly pricey however I was aware of the cost. They did a good job.

I highly recommend these guys.
I could not start my car as the key wouldn't turn and they came out sprayed some magic into the ignition and 'wah-la!' the key turned. I was warned I would have to have the tumblers serviced, on the spot I arranged to come in at the end of that week. They did not charge me for coming out to the parking lot at GSU and helping (I was so shocked!). I went in like I said I would and sat and waited while they serviced the tumbler (which was a tough job *shamefaced*). These guys are the best! I would most definitely use them again!
