He said he replaced seals on toilet an replaced shut off valve the toilet still leaks he would not come back to recheck told me he had to check his schedule I never heard from him again. Toilet still leaks.Bathroom fan he unscrewed old one put in new one that I supplyed that seems to be ok claims he did something to wires. I will pay for any work done but I don't like when people get paid/an don't stand behind their work he is not reliable would not recommend to any one.

The job went very well. After an initial miscue on the original day of installation (they going to be late and then weren't able to show up at all that day and had to reschedule), Tory Anderson showed up right on time and performed the work as promised. The work was neatly done and looks very professional. Tory patiently answered all of my questions about the work and stuck right to the original estimate. Tory is an excellent service provider and highly recommended.

Tory and his crew seem like nice gentlemen. Respectful of your space etc. They arrived about 20 minutes early and we done within about 30 minutes. He had 2 crew members in addition to himself. Charged me $125 to adjust 3 out of 4 faucet handles.

Tory figured out the problem was a couple of crossed up pipes and he got them straight. I had three plumbers come in before and I got three different answers. They were either lazy or not very bright. I had been told the house needed a total repipe job with a $5000 estimate. Tory spent a grand total of 1 1/2 hours at my house and solved the problem. He was courteous, professional, and most of all, intelligent.

We had a leak coming from under the wall in a closet in our spare bedroom which is adjacent to a bathroom. I knew that the leak was coming from the bathroom but thought it was a pipe in the wall. I called Ark plumbing and spoke with Tory. He said he would be out after a service call he had to go too. He only charges $30 to look at the problem but has coupons in the phone book to get that waved. Tory arrived about an hour after our phone call and was very professional upon our meeting. He checked the leak in the closet and thought it may be coming from the shower. He checked our water meter to make sure that there was not continuous leak and then started checking the parts of the shower. He replaced the guts in the handle and thought that may have been our issue. I then went in to try and clean up the water in the closet and noticed the water was still coming through the wall. I called Tory back and he checked the toilet and found that it was uneven and the seal was worn out. He replaced the seal and took the time to make sure that the toilet was level. Tory also makes sure that he cleans up any mess that he makes when working in your home. He was very apologetic for misdiagnosing the issue and only charged me an hour for both visits. Tory is very respectful and is very reasonable on his prices. You can not go wrong with his workmanship. Thank you Tory and I will call you again if I have any other plumbing issues.

This is the 3rd time I have used Ark Plumbing and as always, the work was done in good time, cleaned up well and the price was reasonable.

Tory was very professional and offered advice for the next bathroom I will renovate in the house. He also helped with advice on the kitchen (which we are in the process of remodeling). He was able to unhook and tie off the electrical for two areas. He was quick and responsive, gave great advice and has an outstanding personality, going the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. Ark is a great value for the professionalism and quality of service. I have found my new plumber!

We had a very high water bill so I called them to come check for water leaking. They checked both inside and outside of our apartment. Found no leaking so they didn't  charge me for the service. Very professional and friendly.

Called Ark Plumbing because of a toilet which was leaking from the base and he had done good work for me before.  He called very soon after I left a message on his recorder.  When he was not able to come to the appointment we made for the following day, he called to let me know he would not be able to come until the day after if that was OK.  The toilet had been "rocking" and leaking.  He was able to repair and secure it and also replaced the handle which he said was not working properly.  My home is on a slab and when I moved in 2 years ago, 3 of the toilets were "rocking".  I had them (supposedly fixed) by a home construction & repair man but it was not long until they were rocking again.  I think he got this one fixed....so far, so good. He was very professional and cleaned up exceptionally well.
 I also asked him about a bedroom ceiling leak as I had been told by roofing contractors that the leak was probably due to the bathroom roof vent pipes malfunctioning.  He noticed that our air conditioner was right outside that bedroom window and thought that condensation from an airco duct might be the problem.  He went into the attic to check and found that was indeed the problem.  All the insulation around the duct was soaking wet so he advised me to see the air conditioning people.  I was very thankful for his discovery and advice since I had 2 different roofers out to address the ceiling leak and neither one found the cause.  They both said the problem was the roof vent pipe.  One (American Roofing) just put sealer around the one pipe nearest to the leak; the other (Michael Sapp Roofing) said the collar around the near pipe was cracked and all 5 pipe collars were brittle and old and might as well be replaced.  Both roofing companies did some work that seems worthwhile BUT did not fix the leak.  The air conditioning company has fixed it properly and I will review them on the proper site.

Mr. Anderson came out the same afternoon and found that the pipe behind the bath
tub faucet had a leak and was spraying back towards the wall.  He was
able to repair it right away.  He was very polite and professional.  I
will definitely call Ark Plumbing if I have more problems in the future.

I called Mr. Anderson and left a message. He called within the hour. I explained my problem. He gave me 2 prices, one for a simple problem and one for a more complex one.
He arrived on time and immediately went to work.
Mr. Anderson was a very nice and knowledgeable young man. He explained the different problems associated with this and other helpful information.
He did an excellent job and I am very pleased. I I highly recommend him. He also told me he also offers service repairs for air conditioners, heaters and electrical problems. I will definitely hold on to his card!

It went on very well.  I inquired for the quote from a website.  The inquiry was sent to this company as well as four other companies.  Mr. Tory, from Ark Plumbing, responded almost immediately.  When he arrived he was very quick and even fixed my sink for no extra cost.
