I hired this company to do bi-weekly mowing and edging. The service has been great and the price is fair. I also hired them to fix the flowerbeds around the front of the house. I provided the materials and they were to fix the bordering, weed, trim, and place the rock. I have had two on site visits and multiple text conversations with them about finishing the job. Multiple dates have been missed, the job still is not done, and I was invoiced to pay for unfinished work. As a retired veteran, I expected more from a veteran owned and operated business. Update: The materials were laid and the trimming was completed. The weeding and bordering is still left unfinished. Due to my reviews this company has dropped me as a client and offered a 50% discount on the invoice for the job.

"Noah, I had tried to communicate with you but you refused to communicate with me on this the only work we missed was straightening the pre existing garden bed edging. We trimmed the vines, we took out the weeds, we installed all off the weed fabric and rocks. the only item missed was straightening the pre existing edging installed by you."

In a market that is saturated with unreliable, sloppy, unpredictable, and often unacceptable workers, Robert and Camden County Cuts is worth every penny. I highly recommend him for all your lawn and garden needs. If he has not done the requested landscaping service, heâ s willing to learn and work with you towards your satisfaction. He promised to do weed eating and cut my grass. He knew the size of my yard before he came out. A couple hours after arriving he texted and said he was done for the day because he ran out of gas. He also said it would be another $150 for him to come back out and finish because my grass was taller than he expected. He had offered a discount if I paid in cash so he took the money I left for him before telling me it would be extra to do the whole yard. I got home to a cut job that looked like my 4 year old did it, no weed eating and even the parts he cut were still tall. He should?ve told me when he arrived it was going to be extra to do the whole job he was hired for, instead of doing half the job, taking the money and then shaking me down for more money. I would never hire this person again.

"Hello David. you were quoted for a basic mow and weed whacking. during the quote, you failed to mention your 3 acres were severely overgrown with 3 feet-tall grass and 5+ feet tall weeds. had I known that I would have given you an accurate quote at the time? I cannot spend 8 hours on a job that should have taken 2, you also waited 3 weeks to mention being unhappy with the work which is very odd. best of luck in the future."

Cut the grass and left a mess! Did not edge the yard, did not cut the entire yard. Would not recommend.

"hello Brandi, You had over an acre of overgrown grass to the point it was clogging up my commercial mower. When that much excess grass there is not much I can do about the mess. I mowed the entire yard twice to get it to where it was not over 12 inches tall. For the price given, I cannot spend an entire day on a neglected yard. This is also the first I am seeing you were unhappy with the service. A week ago you seemed happy with the service. Had I known you were unhappy, I certainly would have explained the issue to you and offered possible solutions that worked for both of us. I wish you the best of luck."
