I called in the morning and they had someone out to my house within 2-3 hours. They only charged me for a maintenance visit. They were going to charge me for a part, but I was still under warranty. He even washed and sprayed down the outside unit. He got all the dirt and dust out of it. When it is clean, it runs more efficiently. He vacuumed out the pipe that runs into the house. He changed the filters for me. I asked him to take the ventilation grid down so that I could clean it. Before he left, he replaced it for me. He didn't have to do that. He wasn't even the regular maintenance guy. He came out in khakis and a dress shirt. I had never used them before and I was very impressed with the service. They guy that came out was Brian. He was very nice.
