This was my first ANGIE'S LIST experience and I am happy to say it was wonderful!!!
I contacted RIA due to the fact that I had a termite swarm. First they came out to do an inspection. The inspector was on time and very professional. He was on time and as pleasant as he could be. The inspection included a digital document with pictures which I can print out. Based on what he found he recommended to options for treatment. I went with the cheaper one which comes with a yearly inspection that I could opt out of whenever I want. I had the ANGIE'S LIST site offer going in and then I got another coupon for $100 off for the service that I purchased which was great!
They took my credit card for payment which made it easy.
I scheduled my treatment for Friday the 18th between 11 am - 12 noon. I explained that I would be at work and would have to travel home. I live east of the city and work up 75 off of the 120 loop. I left work at 11 and arrived home about 11:30. The Serviceman was on site and working. He was done about 1 hour more after I arrived and was on his way.
So, all in all things went swimmingly and I have no complaints!

They arrived on time and advised they were here. Proceeded to do the work and advised when he was done. During the process if he had questions about what was to be done, he advised and continued as instructed. Prompt, professional and courteous. Would not hesitate to use them again.

We bought the deal to try to eliminate mosquitoes in our yard, since we were getting bitten when we were outside. My husband was home when they sprayed. He said they were very professional and came when they said they would. If we did not already have another pest control provider, we would consider going with them.

Had planned a huge backyard party for my 50th birthday and my 25th wedding anniversary. Didn't want party to be disrupted by annoying mosquitoes . The company responded in a day of me purchasing the order and they were prompt and efficient . The bugs were held at bay and the party was a huge success .

I noticed my neighbor getting the service and asked about having the same done for our yard. The gentleman was very nice, explained the process for spraying for mosquitoes and using pellets in standing water, and provided me with a coupon for half off the first service of setting up regular monthly service. After checking here for reviews, I called the office and the same gentleman came out as scheduled (within a few days) and did everything as requested. I just got a reminder call today about the next service and plan to keep using them throughout the summer.
