Patterson Heating & Air Conditioning Inc

We have been using Patterson Air to service our systems for about 7 years. They have always provided excellent service. They usually arrive within the appointment window. On the rare occasion they are running early or late, they give us a call to let us know. They do the regular preventative maintenance in both spring and fall on two systems, one of which they installed. It was during the fall PM that they discovered the heat exchanger on our 20 year old system was cracked. They provided quotes on three different replacement systems and said we should also do our own research into other systems and providers to get a good feel for the market. Their prices are very reasonable but our research into the systems being recommended did not give strong enough favorable support of the equipment. They are a wonderful company and the and we would recommend them.

They installed a new ac unit and they come out and do maintenance on the unit as well. They were great.

They were prompt, courteous. Provided the service with great explanations and patience to answer my questions.

The new system install was wonderful.

The first visit to check out the AC problem went smoothly.

During the second visit, a different service man arrived but could not find the problem with second AC unit. He told us to wait through cooling cycle and note what would happen. Then he left to go and and quot;get somethingand quot; and said that he would be right back. He never returned that day while we waited and waited at the house for the rest of the work day. There was no call from the company or the service man about why he didn't return the same day as he said that he would.

When company was called the next day, the service person said that customer was and quot;yelling at themand quot; and only would speak to and quot;the husbandand quot; and if that wasn't possible, then we should think about calling another company. Customer (husband) then called a different HVAC company and made arrangements to service the AC unit.

2 days later, Patterson service man called customer and said that they were in the area and could now look at our damaged unit. They were told that we had followed their advice and gotten another company to do the repairs on the damaged second AC unit.

We would never recommend this company to anyone - particularly to women without husbands who needed repairs done. The whole experience of the second visit was insulting and sexist and a waste of time on a work day, when customer had to take time off of work to be present because the service man needed to have access to the inside of the residence.

I called in the morning about my air conditioner not working and he arrived early afternoon. I was pleased because I hate the heat and humidity! He checked everything out and fixed the problem plus he did some preventative work as well. He was very courteous and he explained what he was doing at each step.

Use them every year in late spring for at least the past 5 years.

Their price is reasonable. They were the ones that installed the equipment in our house when it was built in 2006 and they've done a good job of following up the installation since then.

I spend a certain amount for a yearly contract. We had a problem when we were initially putting in the new furnaces and air conditioners where one worked perfectly fine and the other wouldn't work at all. They stayed with it. They kept coming out, even if it was every single day, and worked with this product until they finally decided that there was no saving it. It was not going to work, and they put in a brand new one instead. I thought they were very good about things like that. So, I would say that they are very reliable. They did a good job, and it was just that it took so long. I thought that the price was pretty good.
