This was a job with horrid consequences if it did not go well; if the pump dropped we would be replacing everything in the well. Mr Holder studied the situation carefully, had exactly the right tools on his truck, worked slowly and carefully and was able to pull the pump up by the electric wires. Clearly this was not an easy job, nor one which is common. He was resourceful and experienced. I can not say enough how pleased I was- he came quickly (and later told me) alone because he had had plans for the day.
