My husband and I had positive first impressions of Doug when came to our home to provide an estimate. Subsequent to his visit, we received a few other comparable quotes. Ultimately we decided to go with USA Electric as there was something about Doug that made us feel comfortable enough to employ him to do work, while we were out of town.
Throughout the project, Doug did an excellent job communicating with us from afar. We were equally as pleased with the quality of his work. We look forward to having Doug do additional work at our residence. USA Electric provides quality, great customer service, and fair prices. The A rating has been earned, not exaggerated!

Doug and his helper, Jonathan, arrived on time and went right to work after introducing themselves and discussing the details of the job to be done. After we made the appointment my daughter and I both realized that we would only be at home the first hour that they were here. They got right to work and did the inside work first with Doug supervising Jonathan since this was the first time they had dealt with and quot;The Nestand quot; (a new digital thermostat) and then went outside to do the lamp. Doug left Jonathan to finish up and he was still working when I left so I just asked him if he would need anything and that he could leave the garage door open since one of us would be back within the hour. WHen we returned everything was cleaned up and in great working order.
Will definitely call them when I have more work to be done.

Doug came when he said he would, spent two days to complete the job and charged us less than he had originally estimated.
