It went very well. The salespeople were great. They knew what they were talking about. We looked a couple of times to make sure we got what we would like to have. It went very well. The delivery was great. The people who delivered the washer and dryer also set it up and went through some instructions. The guy who installed the refrigerator was outstanding. He could explain things to us that we needed to know. He also helped us with the dishwasher and made sure we knew how it was all set up and everything. The price was good.

Flooring
I PICKED A VINYL FLOORING THAT WAS IN STOCK. SALESPERSON FAILED TO CUT THE FLOORING OFF THE ROLL EVEN THOUGH I HAD PAID. CONSEQUENTLY, WHEN THE INSTALLER CAME TO THE STORE TO PICK IT UP THEY DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH. THIS CAUSED THE INSTALLER TO HAVE TO DRIVE TO ANOTHER STORE WHICH DELAYED THE INSTALLATION. THE WHOLE TIME HOME DEPOT FAILED TO TELL ME WHAT WAS GOING ON AND I WAS SITTING WAITING ON THE INSTALLER. MY MISTAKE WAS RELYING ON WHAT HOME DEPOT TOLD ME, I SHOULD HAVE DEMANDED MY FLOORING WHEN I PAID AND TOOK IT WITH ME. HOME DEPOT EMPLOYEES SEEM TO BE LIMITED IN WHAT THEY CAN DO BY THE OUTDATED SYSTEMS, BOTH MANUAL AND AUTOMATED THAT THEY HAVE TO WORK WITH.
