Description of Work: I NEEDED A PIECE OF GLASS FOR A PUZZLE I WAS FRAMING. ERIC WAS POSITIVE ON THE PHONE. HE TOLD ME 15 MINUTES AND HE WAS FINISHED IN 10! HE COMPLETED MY FRAMING PROJECT ATTACHING BACKING AND THE NECESSARY WIRE WHICH ENABLED ME TO COME HOME AND HANG THE PUZZLE.
