The service is good. I have been dealing with them ever since the '80s.  The staff is fine. They are good. They are very kind and if you have got an emergency, they try to take care of it the best they can. Sometimes they get busy. They really care about the dogs and they are not after getting as much money as they can. They charge a fair price. All that vet stuff is expensive but they do pretty good.

I love my vet. My doctor that I love there is Dr. Richard Craine. He's great. He's very personable. We love our animals, but we do believe there is a line, when you have to let them go. We've had some very old dogs. If you lose a pet, then he sends you a sympathy card. They send Christmas cards every year. He does little things like that. We had a dog that was very sick and he told us to take her to Athens and spend over $1,000, and still they might not be able to save her. But he said she's not going to exist this way. It helped me, because we believe in keeping our pets as healthy as possible and comfortable. But when we reach the point that we can't keep them comfortable, he gives us peace of mind to let them go.

.I love this place. We have used Snellville Animal Clinic for 5 years and have never regretted it. We have a cat and a dog and both are very well taken care of. I like both of the doctors and all of the assistants and the front office personnel are very professional and friendly. I love a country vet and that's the feeling I get here.

She did fine. They asked how I would like her shaved, ie lion cut, completely shaved, etc. (showed pictures of how she would look). I dropped her off befroe work and picked her up in the afternnon. When she got home, she acted happy to have the knots oput of her fur. She still looks differnet but it has started to grow back and all is well.

Wonderful staff and Dr. Craine is the best.

They are very kind to my animals when I bring them there. I like the veterinarians too. They are very smart as to what goes on with your animals. They do the best they can in any situation. They never try to over charge people either. I would recommend them to any animal lovers.

I have been using him for a while and he is very good with animals. I followed him to the Snellville office and I don't mind the distance. They call to follow up after the grooming and it is nice to get an appointment when you want it.
