Finished product looked good. Some of the boards in the breakfast area have sunk (warped) and we have acquired many bad squeaks in the Kitchen and breakfast area. The crew that eventually came to fix the problems advised me that sanding and resealing the areas would leave the floor colors mismatched. Only way to do a good job was to resand the whole area, properly fix the boards and then reseal. The owner did not want to do this. His crew were told to sand down the boards around the sunken ones and just seal that patch. Instead of realigning up the problem Boards to match the floor, they wanted to sand the area to bring the floor down to the dropped board, therefore creating a divot. The crew did not know how to fix squeaks; told that is to be expected. My existing hardwood in the hall (laid by the original builder) has been down for 12 years with no warping and no squeaks.

Finished product looked good, but areas in kitchen became very squeaky & boards in the breakfast area warped. Crew came to fix (after failed appointments) & said only way to properly repair boards was to sand all areas, fix boards, & then reseal areas as this is only way to make sure all floors continue to match. Phillip did not want to do this. Claimed squeaks are to be expected (& crew did not know how to do that anyway) & he would just sand the floor at the area to bring the floor down to the warped board. Therefore I would have a patchy floor with divits. The hardwood in the hall, originally put down by the builder 12 years ago, does not squeak or have warped boards, therefore this is a product of bad installation or bad boards. Either way, the company will not do the proper repair & leave a satisfied customer.

These guys were great, very professional from top to bottom. Responded quickly with an in-home, on the spot quote after listening to our needs and desires. They even attempted to steer us into lower cost options as they deemed pragmatic (i.e. laminate due to kids and dog, and refinishing existing engineered hardwoods in foyer as opposed to replacing them). They were very flexible with our requests and did everything possible to minimize impact to our schedule, showing up promptly at agreed time, and after one long day of work completed a beautiful, high quality installation of hardwoods throughout most of our main level, carefully replaced our furniture (including VERY heavy solid wood furniture) per my specifications, and left our home totally clean. Before project began, our sales associate had to hand off our job to another due to a family emergency, and they never missed a beat. Phillip, Troy, Shadonna, Armando, and crew. Great work!

Our overall experience was good. The front stairs was done perfectly. Different guys came for the upstairs flooring. They did an excellent job on the floors, but made some dents in my freshly painted walls and left scuff marks everywhere. I complained to the manager, who comes out for an inspection before they take your money - a really good thing. He had the guys clean up all the marks and deducted money from the final total to make up for the small dents near the floor boards. I found that to be an excellent resolution of the problem.
