I have been in this Linens and Things store several times. I can't say enough about the exceptional customer service I receive there. Every time I go in I find helpful and friendly people in all sections of the store. Rarely do I have to go look for help. In my most recent experience I needed a duvet cover that had been discontinued. While I was at the store the salesperson called two other stores looking for the item with no success. A few days later I called the store and spoke with Brad, the manager. He searched for the item and called me back to tell me he had found it in a store in New York and was having it shipped to this store for me to pick up. They have signs up in the store saying if you can't find the item they will search for it for you. What a great job he did.
