This individual, quoting to own his own company, and to be fully licensed and insured, is a complete scam. I contracted him to renovate my bathroom, and over a month later it is still unfinished. Every day, if I was able to get in contact him, he would promise to show up the next day, and cite a reason he was unable to show for the job. On days he did show up, he consistently requested more of the money down, to the point where there was only $100 left on the completion of the work. On average he showed for 1 day a week, and the job stretched from the quoted "2 to 3 days" to now well over a month. Now he is telling me that he will not be able to show up for a few weeks because he cannot afford to get to my house and fix the damage that his partner had done. The paint job was left terribly streaked and full of runs, and he says he does not know how to repair it.I now have to file charges against this individual, and hire another contractor to fix the bathroom.
Description of Work: Full bathroom remodel, to include sheetrock installation, floor, tub, tile, plumbing, and sink.
