I'm sensitive to ordinary cleaning products, and Joan has always been willing to use the non-toxic products I prefer. She is happy to work on cleaning the areas of my home in whatever order is most convenient for me. She's efficient, and takes extra time and effort to be thorough. For example, when she was here recently she worked on my flight of carpeted stairs with a dry scrub brush to get up all the cat hair.
Joan is one of those people who actually loves to clean, and I can always count on her to fill my home with positive energy while doing a wonderful job.
