Extremely well!!! VERY pleased with the polite and professional attitude of Eric (owner) and his wife. Appointments for consult and estimates were kept, and pricing more than fair and competitive. Their crew was on time, worked hard, and cleaned up completely. Their work was absolutely beautiful...you can’t tell where the older part of the wall ends, and the repair begins!! Will definitely hire them again!!

They are awesome. They are punctual and do very good clean up. They are a bit pricey, but they are worth it.

Pretty average job overall, until.... One day I came home to find 40+ of our shrubs and trees butchered. In the midst of drought season on a hot August day, these guys "meatballed" all our decorative shrubs, turned our shrubs into trees my limbing them up to a ridiculous levels, lopped off 3 FEET of our hollies and anise and other privacy shrubs so that they no longer blocked any views, and cut several of the plants literally in half. In short, they simply destroyed these 8 year old plantings.
When the owner arrived to survey the damage, he said "usually customers exaggerate the problem when they call, but this damage is worse in person than you described by phone!" He even brought out several of his crew as a "training exercise" as to what NOT to do. He was sympathetic and could not explain why his crew would do such a thing, and offered to do whatever it took to make it right, suggesting I find an independent expert source to estimate the cost to re-do.
After many hours of work, including bringing out an expert to determine the costs and damage, we conservatively estimated $480 to replace hopelessly destroyed plants and to put $1400 in escrow until shown that the remaining 35 damaged plants would survive. The costs were low as I intended to install myself.
At that point. the owner of In The Mow cut off communication, went into hiding, and crouched into a legal position. Unbelievably, his crew showed up the next week with clippers in hand, and starting hacking away at the viburnums! At that point I cancelled our remaining contract, for obvious reasons. In the Mow never called or returned and, of course, most of the plants did not make it through the season, despite daily waterings and care, which costs me hundreds more in water bills, plus time, plus replacement costs.
These guys should not be in business. I hope no one has to go through such a miserable experience because of their incompetence.

I use this company when I have to be away from my home. They come out every couple of weeks on a needed basis. They do excellent work. It is a family run business of which they are all hard working people.
