 + -1 moreThey showed up promptly Monday morning as promised and went right to work. As was the case in the past, their work is very neat with excellent attention to detail, these guys are artists at their job. The blend from the new, repaired stucco to the old was hardly perceptible after painting, which they also did. I made the mistake in a past job of hiring someone else who first used the wrong textured stucco, then covered it over with the correct stucco, resulting in what looked like "patches" of stucco with obvious seams. Humphrey's Stucco will not do that kind of crappy repair job. With two jobs by these guys now over 5 years, they are tops, you won't be disappointed.
Description of Work: I have used Humphrey's Stucco Repair services several years ago with excellent results. I recently used them to repair the damaged stucco from having 14 new basement windows and a French door installed and to repair damaged, bulging stucco due to water leakage from the deck attachment to the house. Derrick suggested that the deck attachment to the house be properly flashed to prevent recurrence of this problem. This would require cutting a band of stucco approximately 6 inches around the perimeter of the deck joists, installing metal flashing and re-stuccoing the area. I agreed.
