I was still living in Michigan and a Relative recommended Mr. Russu  to Inspect a House I was interested in purchasing in Georgia. Mr. Russu was suppose to inspect the house and let me know about any repairs needed. When he gave me the report
he mentioned just the items highlighted would be the ones that need to be addressed right away. That was far from the truth, once I moved into the house. I noticed there were repairs that should've been addressed before I closed on the house. There were two parts of the house he never mentioned on the report at all. Also, rotten wood was in various locations of the house. Rags wrapped around Plumbing outside. A Rag stuffed in a opening in back of the Fireplace. Just to name a few of the many issues with this house. These things were never mentioned on the Report. But, he said it wasn't some thing that I needed to worry about. Yes, I did need to be worried about it. I would've never paid full price for the house. When Mr. Russu completed the Inspection Report he emailed the report to my Realtor with the wrong address. I had to ask my Realtor to call him several times before he corrected the mistake. I called him on several occasions to come talk to me about the issues concerning the Inspection. He asked for my address and never came or called me. Once, he got my money he didn't care what I wanted. I gave him ample time to contact me. Mr. Russu is the worst Home Inspector I have ever used.
