they're okay. they did their job.

I opted to not choose them based on pricing. The contractor was knowledgeable and professional. The employee arrived as scheduled to evaluate the project. However, the company's price was $3000 more than the company that I hired to do the job.

This was not a pleasant experience. It was difficult for the workers because the roof line of this house is very steep. They got it re-shingled but I wasn't happy with how sloppy they left everything around on the ground. There were nails everywhere that didn't get cleaned up. They ruined our landscaping. When I called Home Depot their customer service department was not equipped to deal with my problems.

Ok. I was not impressed this time. The workers performing the work seemed to be unsure of what needed to be done. They had to come back several times while the project was discussed with At-Home Services. The gutter work was completed, but several areas of the wood work was poorly repaired (price was adjusted). I arranged to have the final issues completed at a later time.

The initial contact was prompt. Discussed details. Work started promptly, after selections were made. They were done within a couple of days. Faster then I expected. Looks really great!

IN GENERAL, I FELT LIKE THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THERE WERE A FEW PROBLEMS: THEY GOUGED MY DRIVEWAY, AND THE HOME DEPOT PEOPLE SAID THAT IT WAS EASY TO DO BECAUSE OF THE SLOPE TO MY DRIVEWAY. THEY ALSO CUT ONE OF MY HOSES. WHEN AN INSPECTOR CAME OUT AT THE END OF THE JOB, HE SAID THAT SOME OF THE SHINGLES FALLING OFF THE ROOF PROBABLY CUT THE HOSE. THEY DID REPLACE THE HOSE. SOME OF THE SIDING ON MY CHIMNEY HAD DAMAGE TO IT. THEY DID REPLACED THE SIDING, ALTHOUGH IT TOOK SEVERAL MONTHS, AND DID NOT MATCH THE HOUSE EXACTLY.

IT WAS DONE IN A TIMELY FASHION AND IT WAS NEAT. THE CLEAN UP WAS GREAT.
