Holden automotive was quick efficient and fair.

Mike and his staff are certified and deliver top quality repairs. Don't expect low cost aftermarket parts. Mike prefers reliable OEM manufacturer parts in most situations, but will use aftermarket if it makes since for you economically and from a reliability standpoint, altho he may not be able to give you the same guarantee he would with new factory OEM parts. The quality of the worksmanship is top notch. Hourly rate is competitive. Job rate is competitive. My last vehicle I drove which was serviced almost entirely by Mike and staff went over $250,000 miles. Also I have some auto training and background of my own. I know when I am getting duped. Never happens at Holdens. You can trust these guys.

Our 1999 Taurus developed a leaky brake line. Took it to one shop where I was told that Ford no longer made the part and that one may have to be fabricated. Ultimately the shop declined to do the work. Called Holden and they stated they could do the work. Towed the vehicle there and had it fixed. Did not have any comparative quotes to know the value, but the work was done on time and and good quality. I will use them again.

I have used them for many years. They have always provided very clear estimates and fixed everything on time. They have charged me in accordance with their estimates. I have been very happy with them.

I use them every six months for my car repairs or servicing. They are not cheap. I always take my car there because it is always fixed right the very first time. I have been using them for 15 years. I have got the transmission work done by them. I always end up with some complicated repairs as I use my car a lot. They do the work right. The work is always done on time, within the estimate they give me. I have probably taken my car 20 times in 15 years and I have never had to take the car back for the same work. They are very professional. If you are looking for somebody cheap, they are not the place to go. They are lower than the dealers, but higher than the normal places. I will continue to use them in the future.

Complicated and routine repairs are done right the first time.

They were always good, at least while the owner was present. Once he was no longer on site and transferred the management to a new person, the quality went downhill. The owner himself came and was able to locate the PCV valve with no problems. The price was fair and they didn't take too long, but we won't be using them again.

They are very good. He fixed it one day after the dealership tried to fix it 4 times. I m taking all three of my cars to him now. I started going to him a year or so ago, just occasionally. He always did a good job. I haven t shopped around, but I know his prices are competitive. He charges me $5.00 less than most people when I get a flat tire. He doesn t do emission inspections. He is very prompt and the shop is clean. He s got a new shop in Lawrenceville, which I haven t been, too.
