Nazar showed up right on time and was extremely nice. Starting in the basement and working our way up to the thermostat, he diagnosed the problem as a faulty thermostat (a $25 issue on a $15,000 system). He was very honest and patient while explaining the problem to me and didn't mind that I watched what he was doing. I found him to be an extremely capable technician. He's not a salesman (and will say so himself) and doesn't try to pressure you into expensive repairs or services. Very honest and very helpful. Overall, I couldn't be more satisfied!

I am very satisfied with them, when the unit had a small problem he came right out immediately and took care of it for free. He was very nice and professional. The unit is great and the experience was wonderful. We would recommend them because we have been very happy with their service. Since the one time he came out we have not had any more problems with the unit.
