I hired Daffy Ducts to clean the dryer duct system in my condo and single family home this Spring. What stood out to me the most was how Daffy Ducts backs their service and warranty plans and moreso how they go the extra mile to "proactively address issues' regardless of how they originate and give the benefit of the doubt to their customer without hassle. Their manager, Justin Tarr, was super in how he addressed an issue that arose in my condo unit and how he ensured it was properly resolved and that I was 100% satisfied. I have dealt with many contractors in my lifetime at the ripe old age of 70 including 16 years as a successful real estate professional, and I can say Justin is absolutley one of the most genuine people I have come across with the highest of standards and integrity in how he handles situations and treats people...so very refreshing in the challenging business world we live in. Daffy Ducts has a top rating with the Better Business Bureau and after my experience with their service reps and Justin Tarr in particular I learned first hand the reason why they are so reputable and so successful. I am glad to have them as my Duct system contractor.

I went up in my attic a few weeks later and found spaces that were not touched by insulation. I contacted Daffy and they immediately sent a crew out to fix it. That is good customer service. Anyone can make a mistake but it's how you follow up that counts.

They are a professional group, that stays in touch with you about the service, and send you a picture of the people arriving to your home.

Would highly recommend this company. Rod was very knowledgeable and helpful! They did great work and I even added duct cleaning. Would use them again!

The technicians were courteous and provided a thorough explanation of the work to be performed at my house. They provided me with an opportunity to check the job performed and I was very impressed. Most importantly I had another appointment immediately afterwards and they completed the job at least 30 minutes before my appointment. They wanted to make sure I arrived on time. I will be using their services again.

We awoke the next morning without stuffy noses! Amber and Chris were very good. They showed us the lint they got out of our dryer vent, which was quite an eye-opener. And when they finished, they invited us to check their work and make sure everything was back the way it should be.

The team of 2 were friendly and professional. Tbey did a through job. We have been in our home nearly 15 years and was this type work was never preformed. Good job.

Very good work quality, lots of experience, they know their business, Will recommend to anyone. Two notes: 1. Cleaning solution spill in the bedroom left 12-inch diameter spot on the carpet that I can't clean off. 2. Register that had bronze screws was re-attached with white screws. I was never able to find bronze ones, none of the other registers had a swap. Resume: hire this company, but do walk-through afterwards for minor things.

I know the price was a bit higher than others advertise for the services but these guys did a good job and I don't have any worries.
