CUSTOM LAWN CARE

Over a year and lawn weed control is still a major problem. Recently, I noticed that all my neighbors have their services come and do services but Custom Lawn Care has not yet. I gave it  month or so and now its March. My lawn looks awful now, weeds are all over the place and its just looks horrible. I am very frustrated. I called Custom Lawn Care on Tuesday/ 3/15/2016 to know why no one has come out and done any service and let the lady know that it looks horrible. I was told that they would call me back and let me know what was going on. I waited patiently till Friday/ 3/18/2016 and received no call. I tried calling them on Friday several times and their phone was not working. Then I called later in the afternoon and a person picked up and I told them I was supposed to get a call. The person said that I was not listed on their active route or something. Then they told me they will put me on the active route and they guy said 'We'll get someone out to do the front and sides of your lawn" couple of times. I was thinking to myself 'front and sides"? I told him 'I have a full lawn service not just front and sides'. He was like ' I am not able to pull up record but my service was only for front and sides" . I was like 'are you serious, so you are telling me I have been paying for just front and sides". He was like we can have some one come out and give you a quote on the full lawn. I said, okay, and ended the call.
I would not recommend these people at all. First of all lawn does not look good. Second they don't communicate well. Third, the took of the active list or I was not on the list and no apologies/no reason. Fourth, this guy telling me that I ONLY have front and sides. I repeatedly called the throughout the 2015 year and told them that a spot in my backyard was full weeds and everytime they said they would said someone out. They didn't mention anytime then that it was only front and sides. Would not recommend.
