Cool Rite Heating & Air

We've got folks we've been using for some time.  We've had them for a long time.  Cool Rite does a good job.  They've been doing business with us for probably ten to fifteen years.  Give them an A; we've been with them for a long time. 

I have a maintenance plan with them.

They did a great job. I've used them for years. I always use them. It took maybe 30 minute to complete the work. The worker was okay. He left the area clean when the work was completed.

He came out and he was very professional and he fixed it. He replaced the parts that another company incorrectly put on that were not the right current. He showed me how it was clearly on the inside panel of the device. So it wasn't like you had to know it, you could read it on the inside panel. Obviously once he showed me, I easily figured it out.  He also fixed one loose connection from the other company. It was $150. It was nothing like the $3000 that the other company charged me. 

He was responsive. He was personable. He was fair on the price. He's my go to guy now. He's very fair. I feel like I got a very good deal. He noticed things that were even outside the scope of what I was looking for. He checked everything, not just what we asked him to come and look at. He answered his cell phone almost every time and if not he would call me right back. I would call him before anyone else.

They fixed everything, he did some of the things that he suggested without charging us, so he saved me some money.

They were okay. They were pretty thorough. They were looking at the whole system. They were quick too.

Brian from Cool Rite is always punctual, professional and hard-working. He reacts quickly to service calls, which is important when your A/C does out in the Georgia summer. We've been extremely happy with his service over the years and recommend him highly.

They are very good as they diagnosed the problem with in minutes. They got right to work and they let me know what they were doing at all times. The workers were very professional and polite to me. This is no second hand company and I really like them a lot.

This company was not supposed to sub out work but they did. I probably would not use them again in the future. I thought they sent out a pretty average repairman to do the work, the price could have been slightly lower, and they fell a little short in terms of the cleaning services.
