Carpet Makeovers

The service went very well.  He has been here before.  I was satisfied with the last service.  The first time he came, I had him repair some carpets because he advertises that he does carpet repair.  However, he did not do a good job at all; it was actually worse.  However, I stuck with him because he kept giving me good deals to come clean the carpets, so I kept calling him back.  I will use him in the future. 

I contacted Reggie and he took the time to stop by and provide a free estimate.  Instead of having the carpet replaced (as suggested by two others), Reggie was able to clean and repair the carpet.  He also stretched the carpet to get rid of wave patterns that came from the movement of heavy furniture.  Last, he fogged the unit to help get rid of the smoke smell that was very strong.  He was completely flexible to work around schedules with painters, etc.  Reggie also provided pictures for my records.

The carpet was allowed to dry for 3 days and then vacuumed. We were left with rake streaks in the plush carpet that did not come out. We contacted Reggie Williams and he promptly came out and checked and tried to vacuum out the streaks with his vacuum. This did not correct the problem and he scheduled to come back on 6 October 2011 and to re-clean to get out the excess scotchgard that had bonded the fibres together. This has corrected 99% of the problem and the rest will gradually work out over time. Through out the service, Reggie Williams was pleasant, professional and cooperative. While we were not happy that the situation occured, we were impressed with his immediate response and effort to correct the situation to our satisfaction. We would use them again.

Reggie was very professional and very dedicated to doing a great job.  I would definitely contact him again in the future for any carpet cleaning that needs to be done.

He was very honest and upfront and I saved myself some money. Very nice guy and very responsive.

They were on time.  They were very professional and extremely nice.  They got out some major stains.  They did what they said they were going to do.  The price was very fair.  I would use them again in the future too.

It went very well overall and we would recommend him.

After I made the initial contact on line describing what I needed done, he made several attempts to contact me. When we finally made contact he said he would come and look at the carpet and give me an estimate and would be prepared to do the job at that time if I wanted or would come back at another time if I wanted to think about it. He arrived on time, was professional in the way he dressed and spoke. He carefully moved some of the furniture and said he felt like he could do an adequate job without having to move a large entertainment center that was on one side of the room. He stretched the carpet, brought in his own broom and dust pan and very neatly cleaned up where the excess carpet was trimmed away. He then (with some help from my husband) moved the furniture back in place. The loose area was completely stretched away. I asked him for an estimate on cleaning the carpet in my family room/hallway and he gave me a very reasonable estimate and so I will be calling him when I am ready to have that job done.
