OMG!!! I love my new floors. Crew was excellent. Communication was too. With a job this size, there were a few hiccups. Britt's handled them professionally and reasonably. My floors have a manufacturer 50-Year Finish Wear; Lifetime Structural warranty - I am sad that I might not need Britt's services again.

Britt Home Furnishings was wonderful. I really like the installer, the man who ran the crew for the installation. What I really liked was that they high a really great selection of high quality merchandise. I looked at other liguidators and they had some nice things but not as big of a selected as Britt Home Furnishings had. I had a few problems because things took a long time because the trim pieces were not in stock and those took a while to get.

I knew the carpet that i wanted and asked for an estimate. I had someone come out in about 2 days. There was a problem with scheduling and they fixed it immediately.They were even willing to come in the evening because of the scheduling error. I have a very difficult house to measure carpet, with few normal corners or angles. The person giving the estimate did a very thorough job of trying to make sure the weave of the carpet stayed in the same direction in every room. The carpet was installed the next week. The installers were punctual, knowledgeable, and again very careful of the angles and matching the weave. After cleaning up they made sure to ask me if everything was clean enough and the job was as I wanted it. They stayed until 6:30 pm so that they could finish in 1 day. I was very pleased.

They had a great price, the installers came on time, moved all the furniture, did a excellent job, and came back on the second day to see that everything was ok!
