When it came to installation it took 2 days and they took time to install it correctly. They removed all furniture from each room before carpeting. I am very pleased with the result.

A friend recommended Britt's. We checked Angie's List, shopped around, and came to conclusion that Britt's provided best information about various options and most reasonable prices. Scheduled appointment for installation within a few days. Installers were several hours late in arriving, but stayed late to finish the job in one day rather than the day-and-half that had been estimated. Cleaned up well upon finishing -- so well, in fact, that they took the extra flooring with them. We called Britt's to get it back just in case something happened later, and it took over a week for them to notify us that we could pick it up. Also a minor glitch occurred in the billing process that had been agreed upon (sent a bill rather than charging to credit card), but that too was worked out. Overall, we are pleased with the flooring itself, the price, the quality and speed of the installation work. Handling of some other aspects of the work could have been better, but we are very satisfied with the final result and would use them again. New floors sure helped those allergies!

Job went exactly as planned. Installation was carefully and professionally completed. I would not hesitate to recommend Britt's for flooring purchase and installation.

They have more personal service because it is a small company and always have great discounts for people when they know you are on a budget. Personally, I think they are the cheapest company around. They are just a great company to get to know.

My woman likes going to this place to buy appliances. I tend not to care as much. I would have no problem going to a general store or something like that. I used to only buy Kenmore appliances, but anymore I think they are all pretty much the same. I'll say that so far though, our refrigerator is doing real well, so we are pretty pleased.

Worked with Sandy in the store, who was very responsive and answered all our questions. She sent estimator a second time to verify materials needed for job. Subcontractors were very personalable and professional, and did an excellent job with installation.

Our salesman, Steve Dyer was very helpful in the selection of our appliances. We were removing and installing an electric downdraft cook top in an existing kitchen island. Mr Dyer's advise saved us complications. Since this was a remodel he advised that we purchase the same brand cook top, as it would be sized the same and the downdraft would be configured the same as the old model which was probably 30 years old. He was correct as it installed with only slight adjustments to the opening, and the downdraft connections needed no alteration. On the wall oven I had made the mistake of trying to order it from Home Depot online. They had a 10% off deal at the time. Big mistake. First of all they said it was back ordered for at least three weeks. Secondly, even with the 10% off Home Depot's price was more than Britt's, and their customer service is bleak. I canceled the Home Depot order and ordered from Britt's (who had it available and delivered in two days).
