He does not complete the work in a timely manner. This project started in June and it?s been over 8 months and he is still not done. He installed the roof but he still has to install the gutter spouts, fixtures are missing, the aluminum side wraps are not installed, and the lights that they removed have not be re-installed. I?ve been calling, texting, and emailing, Keith for 8 months and he keeps promising to come by and finish the work. However, he still hasn?t and he?s been paid in full for 8 months.
