Mr. Battle & Battle Services made a difficult repair job- painless! I would definitely hire and recommend the company for other projects.

They did a very good job and was very timely

I have been mislead by this company many times and have not received what we paid for. The workmanship so far has been poor.

Battle Services installed a large deck as well as a retaining wall and parking pad for my driveway. Overall quality of work was very good. Communication was occasionally lacking with too much focus on making the sale rather than understanding total scope of work. Issues on the job were not communicated on time and often the focus was on getting the job over quickly rather than ensuring everything was done correctly. I would definitely use Battle Services again, however with close supervision.

I have spoken with Mr. Battle and he offered to make corrections which I declined, we have agreed to disagree and move on. The quality of the work done is excellent, just not as I had planned. The price was in line with what I had expected for the job.

Battle services is a fine company... They offer a great value and quality service... The lawn looks great and the additional construciton projects that I hired them for came out better than I anticipated. I highly recommend these guys and I would definitely do business with them again.

Most important to me was the quick response and installation. The yard after 4 weeks looks fantastic.

Mr. Battle responded promptly and professionally to my request. My only complaint was that he did not meet the time commitment he promised. When he did come (supposed to be there that morning, got there around 3 pm) he was ready to work and do whatever it took to complete the job that day, which he did. Very nice staff. Excellent prices compared to competitors. He also planted some flowers for me the following day, some of which weren't planted quite deep enough, but overall, a nice job. I would hire him again.

I will use Battle Services again for all of my landscaping services. Mr. Battle has great ideas and does excellent work. My neighbors are commenting on how nice our yard looks. His price was great and I would recommend him to anyone. My neigbhor got his card and is thinking about using him after her recent bad experience with another landscaping company.

Concrete was splattered on house siding, glass and screen of windows and doors while excess concrete was dumped on decorative rocks. Nails remain in concrete from concrete form, incorrect forms used, and given the size of concrete pour -- expansion joints should have been inserted. One of the six new plants died the day after installation and Roderick Battle has yet to replace plant and rocks.

The service provided and the communication was very good. The started when they said they would and best of all the project was very affordable. The only advice I would provide is that the communication has to improve within their organizational structure. Hence, this would prevent the customer from having to even consider absorbing any of the additional cost of the labor expense. Lastly, although the company employees clean up and organized some thing prior to finishing the work,I was not very place that I had to call and remind them that they had to return and finish cleaning up behind themselves. Specifically, paper, paint equipment, water bottles were left behind. However, overall I was very please with their professionalism and details of work provided. I just hated that such a tremendous work effort was a little marred by not following through at the end of their work. Thanks for the service. Signed pleased customer

Elizabeth is not going to us our services or any other services because of some problem but she has rated Battle services although she never used them.

The guys at Battle services are great to work with and make it their mission to make you a happy customer. They even made personal trips to my home and office to accomodate me with regard to selection of carpet color and other choices I needed to make on my project. I will definitely use them again.

Mr. Battle is very responsive to his customer's concerns and willing to answer questions. He is very gifted in translating what his customer wants to see done into a very beautiful lawn. In fact, I have given him permission to photograph my landscaping job to use for his future customers as an example of the quality of the work he and his staff do. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to anyone or re-hiring him for future services.

Overall quality of interior paint jobs were good although household incurred quite a bit of cleanup from dripped paint on carpet; touch-ups to ceilings; and overall cleanup. Timeliness and budget - good. Overall experience invaluable - discovered during clean-up and touch-up, I painted just as well.

I was very pleased with the estimate given at the beginning. It never changed. The services were rendered in a timely manner. When issues arose, we communicated and areas of concern were addressed. Mr. Battle and his workers were trustworthy. Overall, I truely believe the interior paint in my home looks 100% better!
