We have a service contract with them. He comes four times a year and treats for bugs. If we have special problems he will come inside the house. It is a small company. It is him and a couple folks, it is pretty much mom and pop. He is very courteous and professional. Every time he comes he leaves a notice he has been here in the mail box. He is moderately priced and most of all I don't see bugs.
