My LG dyer stopped last weekend, Easter weekend, and I was really concerned on long wait times for an appliance repairman to get over to check it out. However, thru Angiâ s help online, I was able to find a technician in my area. Albert was the repairman who promptly contacted me, and the appointment was set for Monday. The problem was diagnosed as the motor struggling to handle the loads. He was able to get the dryer running, but did not know how long the motor would hold out. Since my dryer was only a few years old, he told me he would price a new motor and let me decide whether to go the route of replacement or just look for a new dryer. Albert called back later the same day with the cost, and since it was reasonable, I decided to have a new motor installed. The motor was ordered on Tuesday, and Albert was able to put it in on Thursday as I requested. The dryer is running so smoothly and quietly now. Installation did not take long, and so I had a more reliable dryer back in play less than a week after it stopped working! I am so very impressed with Albertâ s work ethic . . . He is a very personable technician as well as knowledgeable, kept me informed with calls and text, and provided excellent service. I have placed his contact info in my phone for future needs as they arise. . . Definitely a very reliable and efficient technician that I highly recommend!
