Had 3 different companies come out in the past 2 years, they wouldn't even look for the septic tank, not sure why. Maybe it was too much work? Anyways called AAA on a Friday, went to vm so I thought I would just call back on Monday for a septic cleaning (no rush) but Mrs Mary called me back on Saturday, wow. She had the guys here on Monday. Such a pleasant crew. Would recommend 100%. I'm sure they get you in based on their busy schedule but I really wasn't expecting this fast service! Very knowledgeable and down to earth people. Very reasonable pricing.

Everything went smoothly. Honest folk an did the work right. 1500 Gallon Septic Tank emptying for the first time in 4 years. Agreed to charge was $400. The tank was emptied but the septic lines were saturated due to weeks of rain so they kept emptying into the tank like a waterfall. Another roughly 900 gallons emptied from the septic lines into the tank. They also cleaned and closely inspect tank, flushed all toilets to demonstrate septic lines were clean. Total charge ended up being $700. No digging was required due to riser lid.

This company saved my sanity! I had called another service, who stalled and kept me waiting for the better part of 2 days. I already had quite a mess at my house, so I called AAA and they were at my house, ready to pump my tank within a few hours! They quoted a price over the phone, which is what they charged. They also gave me valuable information on how to stop my tank from filling too quickly. I highly recommend you call them!

I called a VERY well known plumber in Georgia before calling AAA SEPTIC TANK SERVICE. They came out and pumped my tank for $400 and told us that it will fill back up in 2 weeks. For $400 additional they offered to do an exploratory dig to find out the problem. They gave us an estimate for $3700 without the exploratory dig as their best guess on how much it would cost to fix the problem.
We found this to be VERY EXPENSIVE and decided to call a few other companies to compare prices and work.
I called one company, they answered the phone, were very nice and told me that they were on the way and they'd call me 20 minutes before arriving at my home so I can meet them...THEY NEVER CALLED OR SHOWED UP! We were very disappointed.
The next day, we noticed a neighbor had their yard dug up, we asked for a referral. They referred us over to AAA Septic Tank Service. I called, they came out and gave us an estimate. The price was much more reasonable than a bigger well known company we called the first time.
They came out on DECEMBER 19th located and dug out the the septic tank area.
They pumped the septic tank out.
They jetted the entire system out.
They put root killer solution in drain lines.
They fixed the broken pipe and replaced the corroded baffle.
They covered everything back up.
They finished up on the same day!
Their estimate was from $400 to $1300. The cost to us was $955. We are very happy with their service!
