 + -1 moreThe gym was clean and well maintaied. It had a good variety of eqipment, and usually I could access the eqipment I wanted, with sometimes a little weight. The front desk was helpful and courteous. But, we were not committed enough to use it regularly and found it was not worth the expense.
Description of Work: No appointment. Gym membership.

 + -1 moreThe staff at World Gym are very friendly. I like the child care people, as well. They're also friendly and nice with children. The gym maintains its equipment well. They're a good gym and have plenty of machines. People just sort of do their own thing and leave you alone.

 + -1 moreThis is a great gym. Plenty of equipment and classes it a friendly and clean location. There's also plenty of parking. The cardio theater is a great idea. There are various cardio machines in a darkened room where they have a different movie playing each day on repeat.
Description of Work: Walked into this location to check it out. The facilities are super clean and the staff are so nice. There is plenty of equipment and a good selection of classes to take part in. The most amazing part is that there was no pressure to join at all. Once you join they offer you a free Polar assessment with an explaination of your results. They'll even give you 30 minute training session to get you started. If you are interested you can pay for personal training, but again, no pressure. You will also get a scan card to bring with you on each visit. Don't forget your card or you won't get in. It's a security measure which makes it understandable.

 + -1 moreThey have child care which is why I signed up with them. They have a pool where I can do my swim laps. The membership is good at any of their locations.
Description of Work: I used World Gym as my fitness center to train for triathalons.
