Two Men And A Truck: Smyrna GA I booked these movers on Friday 4/21, spoke with Ms. Ilene, she explained there would be a booking fee of $300 to move my disabled Sister on Monday 4/24/23. Two guys showed up Monday stating the truck was too small to climb the hill getting to the front entry of the house, we were told they would return on Tuesday with a larger truck. Tuesday morning 4/25/23 the movers showed up entered the home and “Refused” to move or pick up any of the items. One young man stated too much junk and they left. I contacted the office spoke with IIene she played dumb as though she did not have a clue what I was talking about. She stated she worked out of a different office and would call Smyrna to get the details. Two hours later I called back since Ms. Ilene never called me back, my call was rejected to voicemail from this point on the rest of the day. These people/company are “Scammer” they take your money and do NO work!! This was my second Scam in the last year. I do not care how big of a franchise they are it not right to take peoples “hard” earned money. I will not use them “EVER” again!! Run Forest Gump Run!!

Two Men and a Truck is a franchise operation, so the quality of the service may vary from location to location. We made our initial appointment with the Marietta office, but they went MIA after confirming the "by mid-afternoon" appointment. By 3pm, the movers had not checked in, and we could not raise the job coordinator on the phone. The Smyrna office stepped in to save the day. Within an hour Heather had identified a truck that could come to us. We received a call when the truck was on its way, and the two men, Daniel and Zaterry, arrived ready to work. They listened to our goals and implemented the plan flawlessly. The job lasted from 5pm until 11pm, and they were polite, careful, and efficient for the entire six hours. The job took longer than I had anticipated because of the care they took to put protection around each piece of furniture, resulting in a no damage, no worries move.
