Richard as usual worked well with me. His subs were polite and professional. He took time to help me understand the consequence of the changes I made to our master plan. Owning and caring for an older home brings its' own set of challenges. We ran into faulty wiring, poor plumbing, asbestos, and a roof leak above new ceilings. His explanations of the options available regarding repair and or remodel made it much easier for me to decide on our course of action. Richard has never been satisfied with his work until I'm satisfied with it.

Found Richard here on Angie's List and called him that evening to set something up at a future date. Turns out he was still out finishing a job, and since my request was a fairly small project, he was willing to stop by Home Depot for some supplies and take care of me that same evening. Couldn't ask for faster service. Something like 30 minutes after my phone call he was already here taking care of the problem.
Seems very knowledgeable and professional and had things working to my satisfaction in short order. Appreciate him extending his evening to help me out, and will surely call him again.

Mr. Holmes arrived on time and performed the work efficiently for the price quoted. I felt that he took care to do a good and thorough job. He was very professional and personable.

Richard came promptly. He gave 2 alternative for the repair. Both estimates were entirely within reason. He stayed late to complete the job so that the tenant could reoccupy her home. He was professional and very pleasant. Have recommended him to friends and will definitely use him again.

Richard Holmes did the work and he was careful and took his time to do everything just right. The fixtures were installed straight, not crooked. He does excellent work. I thought his prices were reasonable and he seemed very knowledgeable and experienced.
