Service was excellent. Needed flooring replaced after a water leak caused some damage. Strife was able to get started on it within 3 days of the initial inspection. Most of the work was completed within 4 days. Was kept very well informed of progress and timeline through the entire project.

Exceeded my expectations. New porch is structurally superior and beautiful (see pics). Sean poured new concrete posts with metal brackets for the frame to sit on to prevent future damage. On the old deck the construction was shoddy and water would run at the junctions causing damage and rot over time. Sean (and David, and Maurice) completely tore down the old deck and built the new one with correct slat placements and joints so water would run off properly. This greatly improved the aesthetic as well. Sean and his crew were mindful and communicative throughout the four day process. I would highly recommend this company for high quality work. I feel like I got a great value for the investment.

Sean was excellent, he was prompted and installed a very challenging outdoor fan. He also brought with him the required outlets due to our home being older, he had everything and I also learn a lot from him. We will most definitely call Strife Management again. Sean is the best!!

Everything went so smoothly and working with Sean Ross was just great, and after the construction of the addition was finally done (which, I am sure was horrible for Sean and his team), Sean said, "okay, the hard part is done, I'll be done soon." Meanwhile I am looking at a completely unfinished house, no drywall, no appliances, nothing, and surely enough, a couple of weeks later my entire house was perfect and move in ready and he was even a head of schedule! Hire Sean! He is incredible!

Prices any lower and you're getting into dangerous territory and usually meeting with unreliable contractors. I want readers to understand that my prices are usually pretty low, but the quality is always superior. For the readers, please understand, don't get quotes from licensed contractors and expect below average prices. Google prices for the project details that you want done and expect prices within that range."

Mr. Ross of Strife Management was very knowledgeable in every phase of the remodeling I needed done and was there every single day making sure it was being done perfectly. Mr. Ross and his men were very kind and very helping when I needed to change my mind on a few changes I wanted, and they worked fast. I really hope I never have to worry about hiring another contractor ever again, because I believe anyone else would be a step down. I would recommend Mr. Ross and his company for any project!

Sean is an incredible craftsman and he has pride in his work, which is really hard to find these days.
Sean was meticulously on time everyday and sticks to a strict schedule. He had told me that the project was supposed to take two weeks to perform, but he got everything done in five days which was unbelievable.
I had some other little odds and ends I needed done and asked him if he could get me a price on them and he just came in and knocked them out inin items and didn't charge me. If you hire Sean, be ready to make a friend, because he is just the best and actually cares about your house and your needs.

Sean evaluated our rental property and gave us a thorough estimate of the necessary repairs He was knowledgeable and able to answer questions about the work and provide advice He was able to quickly get started and worked very independently--the house is not near our primary residence, so we couldn't oversee the work. He identified necessary materials, ran additional purchases by us for approval (including pictures of rot or a broken window), and was budget-conscious in his work. I would hire Sean and his team again.

Although this project was for my rental house (not my own residence), I wanted it the kitchen remodel to be perfect. It is my daughter and grandson's home and located next door to my home. It is a well built house of the '50's; however, the kitchen was original, had never been updated. So I had an extensive wish-list of improvements for Sean to consider, AND my daughter and grandchild would be living in the home during the renovation...without a kitchen. Sean considered all of it when discussing plans and providing written quote/contract for service. His detailed knowledge of the required work (plumbing, electrical, construction) and materials was extensive. The quote, timeline (start in 2 days, finished in 2 weeks) & payment schedule were reasonable (half labor estimate at start, pay for materials as they were purchased and final payment when completed, ONLY when I was totally satisfied with results). Sean does employ other workmen for assistance when doing demo & installing cabinets, as well as, using his" tile guy" for backsplash installation; but Sean is an on-site/hands-on guy. The only "hick-up" in the process was a three-week delay getting countertop; using cabinet company middle-man for ordering granite countertop was my decision and my mistake. Sean was very mindful of the inconvenience of this delay, making best use of his time by focusing on attention to other room finishing details. He was always easy to reach and responsive, showing up when he said he would and honest about what/when he would get work done. I feel it is also notable that the renovation was done without damaging the linoleum sheet flooring. In the end, my daughter has a gorgeous, well appointed, modern kitchen. I'm a very satisfied customer.
