STONE IMPROVEMENTS

I purchased the granite from another company, and they handled transfer of the slab to their shop.  After making the templates, I went to the shop to decide which parts of the granite slab I wanted for the counters.  They also ordered sinks and faucets.  They were professional during the installation.  Several issues were noted during the installation - part of the cabinet stuck out past the countertop, the one slab was cut too close to a ragged edge and there was a gap between the granite and the wall, and the cutting board that was supposed to rest on top of the sink did not fit.  None of these issues were resolved. They were supposed to trim the cutting board so that it fit.  I called multiple times regarding the cutting board, and the other issues, and was initially told that they would resolve them (by the company owner), but eventually they stopped returning my calls. 

The salesman was responsive and knowledgeable and provided good advice. The technicians were professional and courteous. The installation was flawless. Overall, an excellent job from start to finish.

They did wonderful work. They are pleasant people to deal with and have in your home. They helped with choosing colors by bringing samples to the house, and recommending a supplier for personal selection of specific slab for purchase and use.
