It went okay.  Their reputation is that they cover doorways, floors, etc.  They did some but not all.
There was significant damage to my large, expensive dining room table.  They had taken the leaves off of the table and stacked them metal to top of the wood which dug into the wood.  Additionally, they drug boxes across the top of the same table and created scuff marks that cannot be repaired.  They almost ruined a $2500 table.  They also broke a tall wooden candlestick.  Finally, they damaged my 4-1/2 inch solid oak tongue-in-groove floor in my new house putting my refrigerator in!!
I didn't realize I should have bought extra insurance as they told me few people really do that because they never have problems, and since I heard good things about them, I didn't.  Little did I realize that their insurance only covers if they are damaged in a road accident.  For the damages above they only cover up to $300.
So, they attempted repair on the table and the gouges to the leaves used up all of the $300 allowance.
Lesson learned - every vendor can and does damage items.  Don't just listen to how they are rated. Protect yourself and buy the insurance regardless.

There was nothing I disliked about them. They were on time and professional. They took extra care to make sure that nothing was broken. They had a pleasant attitude the entire day. The move took about 2 hours longer than anticipated but they didn’t say something. They were just really great to work with.

I would recommend Signature. They were prompt, professional and courteous. I received 2 other estimates from larger national chains, but they were the most affordable. The team was careful with our belongings and worked tirelessly.

We had a crew of 4 who arrived in a timely fashion. They all introduced themselves and asked to see their scope of work. They then got right to work. They were very courteous, careful and hard workers. They continued on the rest of the day on very consistent pace in spite of some sweltering heat conditions. They were very nice guys, did a great job, did not scratch or ruin anything. They worked extremely hard and deserved every penny they earned.

Arrived day of move w/ 3 men not 4, and one of 3 promptly "got sick" when he saw three stories. Caused significant (>$4k) damage to dining room table, buffet, 2 chest of drawers, king cherry bed, triple dresser, entertainment center, large screen TV (irreparable). Broke plate, several glasses, and "forgot" to pack entire cabinet of china, which they then would not pack (OR MOVE)--"no materials on site". Significantly damaged walls, trim in new house. Charged TWICE the estimate. VP came w/i 30 days to review damage in person to file insurance claim. Told to take our time, finish completely unpacking then contact them to file insurance. Called after Christmas (approx 3 1/2 months after move) with complete list. Told could no longer file--too late, our problem.

Very easy and dependable. Nice, clean, conscientious. Didn't break anything, careful to protect floors and walls, and fast. Totally trustworthy with even very expensive items
