Prompt and courteous. Out of all phone calls we received, after signing up with HomeAdvisor, Rau Renovations was the only one to leave a voicemail! So we know it wasn't spam and made it easier to get in touch. The work was professional, including those little shoe covers to keep the floors clean. Our broken attic door was fixed in a matter of minutes. The experience was good enough that we've schedule a few more jobs to be done. Would recommend this company to others.

Ben did an excellent job of replacing a faucet for my kitchen sink. He explained to me what the reason for the low pressure was and showed me how to improve the flow if it happened again. He was very personable and certainly cares about what he does and the people he works with. I would highly recommend him and will hire him for furture projects.

Ben worked quietly and efficiently and was unfailingly polite. His invoices were clearly itemized so we could account for every charge. We felt totally comfortable with him in the house, even if we were not home. We also hired Ben to do other jobs around our home - fencing, lighting, screening in the porch, moving heavy items, power washing the patio. He is now our go-to guy for handyman services. We also trust him to tell us when a job is not one of his skills, which is just as important as being able to do it!
