The home estimate took far too long and they overstayed their welcome. When I wanted to reduce the amount of windows I had originally agreed to purchase because of issues with financing as well as new medical bills, they literally threatened legal action. However, they finally came around and allowed me to reduce the purchase. The installation guys were wonderful.

They were very meticulous in their work. They were good people. They did a nice job with cleanup, they had a lot to deal with. An inspector came out and made sure the job was done up to their standards. He drove about 35 mi to perform the inspection. I have been very happy with the gutters.

THEY LIED TO ME ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE PEOPLE THEY WOULD SEND AND EVERYTHING ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE WAS TERRIBLE. THE INITIAL CONSULTATION WITH THE SALESMAN WAS VERY IMPRESSIVE AND I HIRED THEM BASED ON HIM. HE WAS NO LONGER WITH THE COMPANY AFTER A COUPLE WEEKS OF MY HIRING THEM AND THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS AN ABSOLUTE HORROR FROM THERE ON OUT. THEY WERE VERY INCONSIDERATE OF MY RESIDENCE. THEY ACTUALLY CUT WOOD IN THE MIDDLE OF MY LIVING ROOM WITHOUT COVERING MY FURNITURE OR CARPETING. THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP ON TIME, THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP ON DAYS THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY LEFT MY HOME IN A DIRTY CONDITION. THERE WERE ERRORS IN DESIGN, THE ORIGINAL PLAN WAS TO DO EXTENSIVE CROWN MOLDING AND WHEN IT CAME TO IT THEY WEREN'T ABLE TO MAKE IT WORK DUE TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE HOME. IT WAS A BIG MESS UP. I TRIED TO HAVE THEM COME BACK AND MAKE IT RIGHT, BUT THEY NEVER BOTHERED TO CALL ME BACK SO I DECIDED TO LET IT GO AND FIND SOMEONE ELSE.

THEY ARE VERY CAREFUL AND DID MORE THAN THEY REALLY NEEDED TO DO. I WOULD USE THEM FOR OTHER STUFF. I HAVE A HIGH LEVEL OF STUFF FOR THEM. THEY COME READY TO WORK AND DO A GOOD AND PROFESSIONAL JOB.
