NORTHWEST EXTERMINATING - Smyrna service center

Goes fine as far as I can tell.

I was under the impression that they would come back every two to three months, but i realize that i have a wrong phone number from an outdated publication. Other than that, the service was great!

Very nice guy, on time and friendly. He took his time and as far as I can tell did a great job. We have not seen a bug since.

I get one service guy always and he is great.

When I had a pest control contract they came once a month and then they come back free if the treatment didn't take.  They have a very stable workforce.  It has been the same guy that comes to check on the system since I have been using them. 

We have used Northwest Exterminating since July 2011.  I paid for three months of service and I did not compare their price with anyone else.  They are our pest control people, I called them. 

They are on time, thorough and when you call the office they are always helpful. You feel like you get individual attention from them; they are very accommodating. They were just here for a first time visit and their pricing seems in line with their competitors. I give them all A's and will use them again in the future.

.I like that they use the bait traps instead of spraying chemicals unless its necessary. They always let you know they are there and they are very prompt and available it seems if I need them other then just they quarterly inspections. We haven't had any problems after using them for over 13 years. They are excellent.

They were prompt. They had a good system set up so that you don't have to give them personal attention, it's all computerized. They pointed out that I had a leak, which I was unaware. That was not part of their job, so I really appreciated it.

Overall, everything was great. We had no problems at all. They were responsive and kept up with the schedule so we did not have any issues.

They did work for me earlier, but were $15 more than my current pest control company.  I may not use their services in future.

After comparing three exterminators, I decided on Northwest because of their prompt and friendly response to my request for a quote on residential pest control.  I don't have a pest problem but wanted prevention from future problems.  I quickly scheduled an appointment.  The technician, Brent, was on time and very friendly.  He explained the service he was providing that day and future visits.  A few weeks later I noticed ants getting into a crack in my foundation.  I called and asked Brent to make an unscheduled visit to take care of them.  He came within two days and sprayed them free of charge.  The ants have not returned.  Overall, I am very pleased with the level of service provided by Northwest and will use them in the future.

It was around $1,100 originally to install all the baits around the house and we pay around $70 a quarter for them to check them. The guy that comes out to check the baits works with us. We have dogs that have a doggie door. We have to coordinate when they come to make sure the dogs are in the house. They have one guy that distracts the dogs while the other guy checks the baits. Our dogs are not that nice to strangers. I am glad that they call first. They are down to earth and we haven't had any problems with them.

They are very honest.
