It has gone perfectly every time. My pups LOVE him and he is often working in our neighborhood and they go crazy when they see him there on other engagements. He always leaves my home in better shape than when I left and sincerely cares about my pets as much as I do. On the few times he has done some errand running, he has completed every task to my expectations. We love him and I could not manage my life and work without him.

Attention to detail, promptness, passion about doing a good job serving others. Love of people and animals. He truly has an attitude of servitude. I've never met anyone like that and he's simply wonderful. We could not live without him; hope we never have to.

Michael offers an amazing service with the utmost professionalism and 100 percent reliability. He truly has become a part of our family and takes care of our home and pets just like we would (and maybe better)! He is willing to also accept deliveries and supervise service appointments as well. We love Natirra and Mike and wouldn't trust our dogs with anyone else. Before we book a vacation, we make sure that they are available! They communicate throughout our trip and send pictures of our dogs while we're away. When we've had emergencies, Natirra took our dogs to the vet and made sure they were taken care of. The house is always in perfect condition when we return, the dogs are always well cared for and it's obvious that they, too, love Mike and Natirra.

As always, Michael is VERY reliable and goes above and beyond our expectation each time we need him. We love the daily text messages we get. We even get a photo of our cats sometimes so we can see how they're doing at home when we're not. So cute! One of our cats is special medical needs and requires extra attention for medication and Michael is great at meeting the special needs of our cat. The peace of mind we get by using him, time and time again, is priceless.

Excellent as always! We have been using Mike and his team since January 2009. We were fortunate to find him after our previous pet sitter left the area. Mike has taken care of our "babies" ever since. We know when we leave that we don't have to worry about a thing and it's obvious our dogs love him. Sometimes we think they like him more than us! HA! We've never had a problem and I sincerely hope I retire before Mike...we couldn't replace him.

Michael has been such a blessing. We have an older dog and do not want to board her. Michael stays in the home, takes her on long walks, makes sure she is fed and loved - and keeps an eye on the house as well! He provides regular updates, photos, and videos. We can now travel without worry because he is so responsive and caring. Our dog also had a bout of vertigo and needed someone close by for a couple of days. He came and sat with her, cared for her, carried her outside when she needed to go, and just lovingly nurtured her. I would highly recommend Michael's Personal Concierge Service!!

We have used Michael for several years now when we go out of town to care for our cats. He is dependable, thorough and responsive. We leave him a very detailed list of what needs to be done and he executes it to the letter. He sends us a report after each visit to let us know that everything is okay. I can't say enough good things about his service. He gives our cats the attention they need while we are gone and I trust him 100%.

I travel a great deal on business and just purchased a new home in a new area of town and it was to far for the pet sitter I had used for the past 10 years to come. Michael came very highly recommended from several people in my new community and did not disappoint. I received texts throughout the day with status updates and photos of my girls. I was nervous as can be expected but I could not have been happier with how it turned out. I will work with Michael every chance I get and the pups seemed so happy to be spending time with him. A+ guy with an A+ service. I could not recommend more!

Mike has been dog sitting for us for over 7 years. Trusting him with our dogs for the amount of time pretty much summarizes how we feel about him. He is caring, dependable and trustworthy. We travel quite often and we know our dogs are in good hands every time we use his service. He sends us daily updates including pics. He is very passionate and its obvious that he loves what he does. He has become part of the family and glad to call him a friend. I strongly recommend Mike!

Mike is a phenomenal pet sitter. He obviously cares a great deal for animals, and is responsive, communicative, and reliable. He went above and beyond in comforting my dog over the 4th of July weekend when fire works were traumatizing him. He responds quickly to inquiries, has reasonable rates, communicates to let you know how your pets are doing when you're away, and always follows care instructions to the letter.

Michael has been a blessing to our family in so many ways. Through the good times and the bad times he has been there for us. He loves Hana like she was his own and she loves him. After almost 8 years she still gets excited overtime she sees him.
Besides taking care of Hana, Michael stays at our condo when we travel for work or vacation. He does work for us on the computer, picks up dry cleaning, drops off bank deposits, organizes maintenance work, picks up groceries, takes the cars for oil changes, repairs & washes, places orders online and helps when we have family & friends in town. Theres so much more that he does for us but the best is that he has become a part of our family. Not sure how we would make it without him. He's very organized, hard working, kind & caring.
