Lisa's Natural Home Cleaning

We scheduled a full deep clean of a house prior to move-in. Now that we have moved in, we noticed some areas that were not cleaned. When we attempted to contact the company regarding this, they became EXTREMELY hostile, and made very rude remarks (excerpt below). Lisa: "I know when woman get pregnant (pregnant emoji) act like that so take your (pill emoji) and forget about getting money back. Also I don't have time for your nonsense BS and I'm blocking you out. Have a nice life"

They are amazing. They are very professional and have been conscious of the pandemic. They have been wearing masks and gloves. My money was well spent and I enjoy their service.

I just felt that the value of what they supplied was just not really quite what they said they were going to do. I got the impression that they were going to really have to fill that 4 hours that I purchased. The deal was like it was 2 people for 2 hours so they brought 3 people in and she stayed for an hour and a half, basically she asked me what I wanted them to concentrate on, I said they could start with dusting and that was about what they had done in an hour and a half, it was my office that she cleaned and pointed out that the blinds were dusty and I said to go ahead and do that and see if she can get to sweeping because it's all hardwood floor with rugs on top of the floor, I think I was expecting they would be there for 6 hours because I had cleaning people come to my office in the past where they had stayed there for 6 hours for just about one of them and they have been able to clean the entire office in 6 hours, even with the dusting and everything. I feel that it wasn't a good value for the money.

Did a good job of cleaning the house.  Only negative was that I specifically said to clean around stacks of papers on the kitchen counter & do not disturb the stacks.  I came back to find all the stacks removed & put into a box.  This was extremely aggravating as it caused a great deal of work/time on my part to re-sort the documents.

The girls did show up on time for the second appt. and did "divide and conquer" and finished cleaning the entire house less my office and my junk room which I specifically said to stay out of. I was satisfied with the cleaning job and the girls that were sent. I had had surgery the day before so I just slept in my room. It seemed to be really clean when they were done and smelled fresh.

They were very friendly and timely. They finished the work in an hour with four people working. If you have little small tiles they may miss, and you will have to ask to re-do. This was the main issues that I had with them. They did go back and clean this area, but not to my satisfaction. There good for surface cleaning, but not thorough cleaning. All the others areas of cleaning were done well.

She did not complete what was asked of her.

They were here for 2 hours hours. They did not dusk some areas of the house or clean the bathroom very well. They were very nice ladies. I had to re-clean the floors after they left. I would not recommend

The service when really well. They got slammed when they were running that special. They worked there services to my schedule and overall they did an excellent job.

Two women arrived as advertised at 8:15 a.m. They cleaned the house, including mopping, vacuuming, dusting. They were thorough, fast and good.

Lisa did a fantastic job on my floors, I could not have been more pleased.  My floors are now clean and have that nice shine to them again, and look like new.  Thank you Lisa.

I really liked her.  I will definitely use her again.   My floors have not shinned like this in years.  She did a fabulous job.

This experience left me feeling like I did not get my money's worth and losing my faith in cleaning services in general. Plus, I missed out on valuable time I could have been doing something else. Lisa's Natural Home Cleaning Service was unprofessional and didn't make me feel valued as a customer. Plus, the house was not cleaned anywhere near the level I could have cleaned it myself.

The advertisement said they were experts at cleaning hardwood floors, baseboards, and window sills, which was what we were most excited about having cleaned professionally. I sent Lisa an email explaining what was priority to be cleaned since I knew we were on a time limit. I also stated that I preferred to have 2 people for 2 hours instead of 1 person for 4 since my time is very valuable. We spoke on the phone to find a date that worked and agreed that they would arrive between 1-1:30pm.

I tried to email to confirm a couple days prior, but received no response. I called to confirm the day the service was to be performed and was told an hour early that they were on the way. I found that problematic since I previously wrote that I would not be ready until 1pm. I rushed to shower to be ready only to find that they arrived late. Heather arrived at 1:15pm and Lisa arrived at 1:30pm.

Since they arrived separately, I showed both of them a list (separately) of what items I wanted cleaned in order of priority. Heather seemed to understand what was more important to clean, but Lisa just started with what she wanted to clean. I didn't know that "natural cleaning" meant virtually no cleaning products! She even told me she was going to use my paper towels!

I also started to notice that they were both doing a rushed job with the cleaning. I noticed the "expert job" in cleaning my hardwood floor was simply using a mop to clean it. I was expecting it to be hand washed. I had to point out that some dust was still on the floor and they wiped it up. I asked for them to vacuum my couches. They only vacuumed the outside and did not lift the cushions to vacuum the stuff out underneath them. I thought everyone knew what vacuuming couches meant.

At 2:35, Lisa and Heather asked me to take a look around because they were finished with the list I had given them. I soon realized Lisa thought they were done! I had only received 1/2 the value of the service. They were only cleaning together for 1 hour and I had purchased 2 people for 2 hours (4 hours of cleaning service). After I brought this to Lisa's attention, she still tried to convince me that since Heather arrived at 1:15, it had been the full amount of time. I walked her through how there was no way that could be possible and she realized she had made a mistake. She then told me that Heather would stay to finish because she had to leave. 

Heather ended up re-cleaning several things that were not cleaned adequately the first time by the two of them together. She provided excellent customer service by taking direction and trying to correct the situation. She was also very friendly and respectful. However, I should not have had to direct either of them and check over the cleaning they did. I felt like I had to watch over the job both of them did to get some of my money's worth.

Even though Lisa raced through the cleaning job and then left after just one hour to go to another customer's home, she kept calling Heather wondering where she was. It was obvious that the next customer was more important than us. 

Lisa apparently has several different coupons out there. She must have thought I bought only an hour of cleaning service instead of 2 or 4 hours. We still never ended up getting the full value of the coupon. Heather stayed until 3:45, which meant we were still owed 30 more minutes of cleaning. However, it was obvious at that point that my time was more valuable than the cleaning we would have received. We were expecting two people to clean for 2 hours as we had requested. We didn't think we had to keep up with the time. 

I thought about calling Lisa herself to ask for a partial refund, but did not out of fear that I may be offered free cleaning service instead. I just couldn't deal with another Saturday wasted watching over cleaning people to ensure they do the job the way it is supposed to be done. Plus, the little value she placed on our business left a bad impression. 

I caution others not to use this service until Lisa gets more organized and takes better care with the cleaning job she and her employees do.

Lisa did a great job. I have absolutely no complaints. Her work is wonderful and she is very professional. I plan on using her in the future.

What I liked best was that there was no chemical smell! I love the dry vapor steam technology and so does my staff. Cleaning in the past with chemicals have sent staff home because of the intense odor.

On time, great job, even the dog loves her.
