"This was a really great experience and Tim and his colleague deserve a uniquely positive review. I have had landscape lighting for years, and it had to be reinstalled 2x because of previous vendors not doing a good job. I was replacing bulbs every 4 most or so because of mismatches between wattages and bulb outputs. Ugh. I went to say hello to Tim as he was finishing a neighbor's house at 930 pm. He made time without an appointment to spend 30 min speaking with me about how to remedy my issues, make the house look brighter and pledged to send me a proposal quickly. I had a proposal the next day. We exchange a quick call to answer a few question and confirm a time to do the work. They were there on time as promised, did exactly what we asked for and walked me through at the end to make sure that things were to my liking. Straightforward, prideful work and great follow through. Over the years, I have tried to find a reliable vendor for landscape lighting who really knew what they were doing.
