Delivery Service
Lasership should not be delivering for Amazon Prime. They had no ability to tell where the package was. They took 40 minutes on each of 4 phone calls and still had no answers. The driver or station manager continually lied about the whereabouts of the driver and the anticipated delivery time. The staff at Lasership has a bad attitude in dealing with customers. The driver's car was packed with packages and no apparent organization to know what is what and for whom. There should be no reason that a driver cannot work on a delivery schedule with at least an approximate time of delivery after 6 hours of trying to find out. Package arrived at lasership on Tuesday morning. Was supposed tobe delivered Tuesday,and didn't get delivered until 8pm Wednesday after hours of trying. Very unpleased
