I like him so much. It's kind of hard to even know where to begin. He does excellent work regardless the type of project. He has a good crew who works with him. He has a very good variety or range of subcontractors he uses depending on the project. He is extremely dependable. If something isn't right or just the way you want it, he will get it fixed. He will work with his client to come up with a plan that meets their budget. Any overages, he discusses with you first. He is extremely punctual and when he says he's going to be at some place he is there. They come early and they'll work late and work on the weekends. They are very, very reliable and the pricing is very reasonable in comparison to the other contractors. I think he is extremely competitive.
