My job is to help my clients with one of the most expensive decisions they face—buying or selling a house. In order to best serve my clients, we meet for a consultation to not only discuss their expectations and needs, but to also discuss our plan of action to achieve them. Attention to detail, communication, and working to make the transaction as smooth as possible to the satisfaction of my clients are my constant goals.

Joyce was responsible for getting the house into selling shape at minimal cost, getting a high rate of traffic during showings and open houses, and obtaining the best deal possible during the negation process. She was a joy to work with, and a partner through the entire experience. I could not have asked, or hoped for a better selling experience, and would work with and recommend her without hesitation. She is flat out the best realtor that I have ever worked with.
If you have a choice of realtors, choose Joyce. If you don't have a choice, figure out a way to work with Joyce. Flat out it will be the best decision you can make if buying or selling a house or property.

Joyce did an excellent job from helping us prepare our home for the sale, marketing our home in the best possible ways and doing some great negotiating and closing the deal within the 30 days. Joyce's professionalism was excellent and in fact, allowed both the buyer and seller to feel that they both won. He would heartily recommend Joyce to anyone who is either buying or selling a home in the future!

From start to end, Joyce Bailey was amazing. She went over and beyond to help my wife and I find our dream home. We are now first time homeowners of a beautiful house and could not thank Joyce enough. She listened to our wants/needs in a home and took that into serious consideration when giving us listings for houses. Joyce met us at houses during the weekend and even on a holiday weekend to show us a house. Knowing how busy she is with other clients, we felt like we were her only clients due to the attention and service she gave us. Joyce gave us her professional opinions about each house we looked at and the pros/cons of the property. Joyce is a very hard worker. She works morning, noon, and night with her clients. My house had been on the market with another company for 7 months. I decided to change companies and go with Keller Williams. She sold my house in 3 days and sat with us for hours working on real estate paper work when an offer came in. She stood by me through the whole process, held my hand, and made sure everything went my way. When it came time to buy another home, she took us to look at houses and was very patient when it was time to make decisions about buying another home. I highly recommend Joyce. She is very pleasant, funny, and very professional.

There were 3 properties available for sale. We looked at all 3. The 3rd one was just exactly what I wanted. She worked diligently to sell my existing home quickly so I could purchase the home of my dream which was vacant. We signed the contract for the sale of my house and the purchase of my next house on the same day. She handled all the details and walked me through every step of the way. We closed on both the sale and purchase the same day in the same lawyers office. She followed up with me even after closing which is the date I listed above. She will still give me advise or recommend a contractor to me if I ask her. She is very good at follow through and I couldn't be more pleased with her expert service. I still carry her business cards with me and will recommend her to anyone I meet who may be in the market to buy or sell a home.

She first came to my house to meet me and share with me how she works, what she could provide to me and what she expected of me. She basically wanted both of us to get acquainted and see if we both felt that we could work together. I had sold real estate many years ago in Florida and was familiar with the terminology. I also had high expectations because I was aware of what it takes to be a good realtor! My house was on the market 2 1/2 weeks and there must have been at least 10 times that people came to look at my house with their realtors. I was very pleased with everything. Joyce was very available and answered every question or concern I had throughout the entire process of listing and selling my house. I was very impressed with her expertise and professionalism in all aspects of real estate.

She was outstanding! Joyce quickly responded to any calls, emails or texts and she knew our time was valuable. We lived in another state when we were looking for our home and she was very patient with us. We only had about 7 weeks to find and close on a house and we did not want to go outside our specific area of interest. She was honest and gave her opinion when we asked. She explained the process to us in a quick matter of fact way before we went to any viewings which was great since we were first time home buyers. Joyce was very flexible with us which was very much appreciated since we have a 10 month old. If we needed to move an appointment she understood and was able to work around our schedule. She was also very polite, professional and fun to work with! On the day we moved in she also brought us dinner! We love our new home and highly recommend Joyce if you are looking for an agent!

My wife and I moved from Florida to the Atlanta area and had no idea who to call for a realtor. By sheer luck we found Joyce Bailey. At the time she seemed very nice and returned our phone calls but over time we discovered that she was also a licensed appraiser, this was a major bonus. Her advice and keen insight was most helpful while looking at various homes. We feel she also listened to us and learned what my wife and I were really looking for and helped guide us to make the correct home purchase.
