The bookcases look nice however, Mike was always late for his scheduled arrival time and completion of all of the work. He was unwilling to work late or do anything to accommodate his time delays.  As for the tile in my kitchen, Mike installed the tile taking twice as long and requesting additional prepayments so he could pay his guys. He also erroneously applied sealer to the porcelain tiles...after several months of "sticky floors" due to the sealer floating on the tile and multiple cracks all over my kitchen..we began to do research to determine the problem only to find out that 1. porcelain should not be sealed 2. the subfloor was wrong and creating cracks...(I have pictures to prove all of the above).. We called/text Mike he was unresponsive or promised to come by yet never showed..Finally he came by and promised to pay for our floors to be professionally stripped/cleaned and sent his guys back to redo the cracked tiles...he never paid for the cleaning and the tiles that were replaced were done with incorrect grouting which has now flaked off so we have grout holes that are cracked/missing grout...Bottom line...we need to replace our floors..just can't afford to do so right now..not to mention we've spent an additional $600 getting our floor professionally/stripped based on Mike's word and he has NOT reimbursed us for the work as he promised.  I would not recommend him to anyone...he is an amateur who is dishonest...I believe he means well but he is not ready to be a professional.
