Description of Work: We have purchased 2 leather wing recliner chairs. They have not yet been delivered so don't know about quality, comfort etc. We had checked several other stores, comparing price, quality, sales response, reputation and online reviews and chose Havertys. The salesman spent a good deal of time helping us find what we wanted, checked his computers, introduced us to the manager, & then called us 2 days later for followup. He has also called us to tell us when the chairs will be delivered. Good service. Thank you, Mr White.
